In each episode, stress reduction tools are both taught and applied. In episode one, "Bullying," Sally, Will, and Martha relax with deep breathing exercises while learning the power of positive thoughts. In Mrs. D'Frazzle's class, children speak openly about stress while gaining both confidence and self esteem.
