For years, schools and school districts that have had Dr. Vincent working in their school have asked Phil to develop videos or DVDs reflecting his ideas on promoting school civility and character education so they can, "keep him around" and train others who have not participated in his trainings or heard his keynotes.
Finally, with able assistance from West Palm Beach Schools, Dr. Vincent has developed a nine part program that highlights the steps and strategies needed to develop a civil school.
Covering over ninety minutes, the information is provided in 8-12 minute sections that follow the chapters of his book, Restoring School Civility. In addition to the DVDs, there is a 43 page reproducible workbook and CD included in each kit, that is designed to provide opportunities for reflection and planning on how each participant can work to develop the civil classroom and civil school.
Finally, there are goals and objectives in each kit that offer strategies on how Restoring School Civility can be used for a school-wide focus, book/DVD study or certificate renewal for a school or school district.
