We gladly accept purchase orders from K-12 schools, accredited higher educational institutions, governmental entities and certain for-profit businesses.* For security and regulatory purposes, official purchase orders must be submitted via fax, email, or US mail. Purchase orders will NOT be accepted for online purchases. For help completing your purchase order, our our W9 form can be viewed here.

Online Orders (Schools & Non-Profit Organizations):
Authorized school personnel/organization staff wishing to make tax-exempt online purchases using a school- or organization-issued credit card may do so by creating a "Schools/Organizations" account. To be approved for a Schools/Organizations account, you will be required to provide a governmental entity letter (NY state public schools) or your school's or organization's Exempt Organization Certificate, containing your 6-digit exemption number (private schools). Once your account is authorized, you will not need to provide documentation in order making tax-exempt purchases as long as you are signed in under your Schools/Organizations account.
