Summary of Performance System (SOPS) is an easy-to-use comprehensive computer program developed for school-based personnel who are responsible for generating official reports documenting a student’s progress and performance. It can be used (1) to efficiently and effectively generate a final, official document for students exiting the public school system or (2) as a resource to generate important information that can be used with other “Summary of Performance” formats that might be required for a specific school system. The common thread throughout SOPS is the organizational framework of Learning, Working, and Living.
A CD-ROM and manual are included. The CD-ROM contains the program, the entire manual in PDF format, printouts of three sample case studies, and other useful resources provided in various folders. The program includes two main components (Summary of Performance and Transition Portfolio) with the following sections:

- Section 1 – Student Information
- Section 2 – Measurable Postsecondary Goals

- Section 6 – Recommendations in Learning, Working, and Living
