Math Study Guide 3: Geometry

Math is a challenging subject for many students. Especially at the secondary level, students often require extra support in order to master mathematics content and meet proficiency standards. Response To Intervention (RTI) is a flexible, problem-solving approach to identifying at-risk students before they fall behind and to designing the targeted assistance struggling students need to succeed in the general education classroom. The Math Study Guide series of laminated guides is designed for teachers implementing RTI in their classrooms or serving on RTI teams to use as supplemental material to help students who are struggling in math and receiving Tier 1, 2 or 3 interventions.

It is co-written by members of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and Joseph Casbarro and Helene Hanson of NPR, Inc.

The six-page (tri-fold) guide is laminated for long life and three-hole punched for easy portability and storage.
